The apps that eat your morning
No twelve-habit dashboard. No streak guilt about the meditation you never did. One job, every morning, before the scroll starts.
Open the Apps tab and choose them once. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, games, whatever your thumb goes to before your feet hit the floor. Change the list whenever you want.
Takes about 40 secondsTap a blocked app and you get our screen instead: Make your bed first. It runs on Apple's Screen Time, so iOS enforces it — not a timer you can swipe past. You pick the hour it comes back.
You set the hourStand at the foot of the bed, fill the frame, pillows at the top. The check runs on your phone in about a second. Dark rooms, blurry shots, selfies and ceilings get rejected.
Nothing is uploaded. Ever.Your phone comes back for the rest of the day, and the streak counts the only thing that matters: mornings you did what you said you would. At the hour you picked, the lock returns.
Tomorrow has to be earned too

Step 1 · Pick the apps
You sit on the edge of the bed "for a second." Twenty minutes vanish. The sheets stay exactly where you left them.
Life gets ugly. A token opens your apps without a photo — two free every month. Want another? That is an emergency skip. You lock a price from $1 to $50, and Apple charges it.
Apple's Vision framework looks for a bed, pillows and bedding right on your iPhone. No upload, no server, no human reviewing your bedroom.
You pick the hour the lock comes back. Night shift, late morning, 5:30 AM — it's your schedule, not a time we chose for you.
One number: mornings you started right. It begins at the pillow, not at a checkbox.
Weekdays only? Every day but Sunday? Pick the days that get locked, and set your wake window during setup.

The feed is not rest. It is a tax on the day you were supposed to live. We lock the apps. You make the bed. The rest of the morning belongs to a person who already kept a promise — and the world needs that person more than it needs another scroll.
The 2-week intro starts when you subscribe in setup — not the second you download. Add a card now. You won’t be charged until the intro ends. Apple bills. You cancel in Settings.
Yearly
About $6.67 a month. Cheaper than five months of monthly.
Before you pay
One price. One tier. No 6 AM upsell. Fourteen days to prove the morning can belong to you. If it doesn't, cancel. Keep the habit. Either way you already won once.
You already know the scroll is stealing the day. Here is what happens when you lock it — and why the trial is the easy part.
Make Your Bed is $14.99 a month or $79.99 a year. Both plans start with a 2-week free trial.
You get 2 weeks free through Apple's intro offer. You add a card when you start, and you won't be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.
Make your bed, then take a photo of it in the app. Stand at the foot of the bed with the pillows at the top of the frame. Once the app sees a made bed, your apps unlock for the rest of the day.
Yes. When an app is blocked, its websites are blocked too, in every browser. If you block a whole category of apps, that category's websites are blocked as well.
Yes. You set your own schedule. Pick the days that get locked, and pick the hour the lock comes back. Weekdays only, every day but Sunday, or something else entirely is up to you.
No. Your bed photo is checked on your iPhone and never uploaded. There are no ads in the app.
A Pillow Token is an emergency skip. It opens your apps for the day without a photo. You get 2 free Pillow Tokens every month.
Buying extra Pillow Tokens is optional. If you want more, you pick the price, from $1 to $50.
Make Your Bed is for iPhone only and requires iOS 17 or later. It is coming soon to the App Store.
